The Liverpool forward proved to be the difference-maker, scoring twice from the penalty spot, including a dramatic winner deep into stoppage time. Gakpo’s composure under pressure ensured the Dutch ended their final warm-up match on a high before heading into the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
